The rates are quoted in Euros for weekly periods. There are also 1 guest cottage, sleeping 2 people, that can be rented by the week. The cottage is only rented in combination with the main house, Villa Tre Archi.

What is included

The rates include gas, water, electricity, laundry room (washer, dryer, iron, etc), weekly cleaning, bed-linen, and towels.

Annex for larger parties

A separate and fully furnished apartment, for 2 people, are available for larger parties. The Annex are only available in combination with the main house, Villa Tre Archi.
Annex Tezio (45m2): EUR 750

Arrival and Departure

Arrival: Saturday between 4.00 PM and 10 PM.
Departure: Saturday before 10.00 AM

Deposit

50% within two weeks of reservation, the remaining amount 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of EUR 500 is due on arrival.

Availability

Villa Tre Archi is available for weekly periods all year round. Minimum - 2 week rental
Saturday arrival and departure.

Limitations

We advise you to take care of your own travel insurance as we can not be held responsible for damage or accidents. Pets are not allowed.
