It is a very well appointed home, and has been completely restored to the highest standards using original and antique materials wherever possible. It has a beautiful big living room, great dining room, modern professional kitchen, and 5 spacious bedroom suites each with luxurious bathroom. Terraces surround the house; the main entrance is under the covered gallery with 3 arches at the front of the house. Around back, the covered terrace with large dining table has a spectacular view over the valley, and on the first floor a 'loggia' (covered balcony). Living Room click any image to enlarge The big living room (about 75 square meters) with large arch is comfortably and well furnished. Original old elements, the antique fireplace, the wooden beams and the antique tiles, complete it. The living room is equipped DVD player and Hi-fi system. From the living there are big doors opening out to the terraces surrounding the house on 3 sides. < top Dining Room click any image to enlarge The cosy dining room (about 30 square meters) has a big 4-meter wooden table with 14 nice wooden chairs. The dining room has 3 doors leading outside. Kitchen click any image to enlarge The professional kitchen (about 25 square meters) is just off the dining room, with a big oven, a cooker, an American-style side-by-side fridge with icemaker and cold water machine, range hood, café machine, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher etc. A small table seats about 4 people, and a door from the kitchen leads out to a lovely terrace with dining tables and a beautiful view. < top The Bedroom Suites Villa Tre Archi has 5 separate bedroom suites each with its own unique character, and a, each with private bathroom. All suites have big closets with antique wooden doors, air conditioning and a beautiful view. Four are located on upper floor and one on the ground level. Tre Archi click any image to enlarge The master bedroom suite Tre Archi (about 38 square meters) has a wooden comfortable king size bed, is nice and well furnished and with a fireplace, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning. The big en-suite bathroom has a toilet, bidet, bath, separate shower and 2 hand washbasins. < top Umbria click any image to enlarge The bedroom suite Umbria (about 30 square meters) has a wooden bed and is nicely decorated, with traditional Italian antique furniture, air conditioning and modern decorations. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet, bidet and 2 sinks. Rosato click any image to enlarge The bedroom suite Rosato (about 35 square meters), has its own entrance with a lovely bathroom. In the bedroom is a big king size bed, an old wooden table with chairs and air conditioning. In the bathroom with blue flowered tiles is a big bath, a separate shower, toilet, bidet and sink. < top Bella Vista click any image to enlarge The smaller bedroom apartment Bella Vista (about 23 square meters) has 1 double bed and an old wooden wardrobe. The decoration is a combination of modern art and Italian furniture, but it stays cosy, and there is also air conditioning in the room. In the nice little bathroom is a toilet, bidet, shower and 1 wash basin. < top Giardino Bedroom Suite click any image to enlarge The bedroom Giardino is on the ground level (about 27 square meter), and has big doors to the covered terrace and garden at the back of the house. In the early years this was the kitchen and living room area of the house. Now it is a big bedroom apartment. In this is a big wooden king size bed and nice furniture and table with chairs. The little bathroom has a toilet, big shower and a hand wash basin. < top Annex Tezio click any image to enlarge If your group comprises more than 10 people, it is possible to rent an extra guest cottage on the grounds of Villa Tre Archi. The cottage (about 45meters) has living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is a big wooden double bed and very nice antique furniture and air conditioning. In the private bathroom there is a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. From all the rooms there is a splendid view of the Italian hillside and valley. The outside terraces with dining table, chairs and umbrella are romantically situated near the main house. < top
